Appeals and Complaints
Use this form to appeal one of our certification decisions in writing. Every appeal is recorded and reviewed by people who had no part in its subject.
Process
- 01Recorded
Your appeal is recorded with the date it reached us; every deadline counts from that date.
- 02Written acknowledgement
Within 7 days we confirm in writing that the appeal is in process and when we plan to complete it.
- 03Independent review
Nobody involved in the activity under appeal takes part in reviewing or deciding it.
- 04Outcome
The outcome is sent to you in writing within 2 months.
- 05Appeals and Complaints Committee
If you are not satisfied with the outcome, the appeal goes to the Appeals and Complaints Committee; you are told who its members are, and its decision is sent to you in writing.
